Overview

Submit is the last proposal step. Send the package by email, generate a customer portal link, or download PDF depending on your workflow.

Where in the app: Estimate → Submit step (/quotes/{id}/proposal-submit)
Open: Estimates


Before you send

  1. Complete Proposal steps through Totals and Documents
  2. Review line items and tax on Totals
  3. Open Submit

Recipients

The estimate owner (customer selected at create) is the primary recipient. Use Manage Recipients to add others (for example a GC and homeowner). Each recipient can be tracked separately on the estimate detail Submissions tab.

Portal links also appear on the customer Customer info tab when active.


After send

Track status on estimate detail → Submissions. Follow up from Opportunities or customer Activities as needed.
