Track leads and RFQs from first contact through conversion to a fence estimate.

Overview

Opportunities capture early-stage fence work before you build a full estimate. Each record ties to a customer, a jobsite address, project notes, visit preferences, and optional files. When the lead is qualified, convert the opportunity to a quote and continue in the fence designer.

Opportunities also arrive automatically from the Contact Form and Lead Generator integrations.

Scroll the list to load more rows (10 per page). The list refreshes every 30 seconds while the tab is visible so new Contact Form submissions appear.

Status values

StatusMeaning
NewOpen opportunity, not yet converted to a quote
ConvertedA quote was created from this opportunity

Convert to Quote is hidden on the detail page after conversion.


Workflow

  1. Create an opportunity (manual) or receive one from Contact Form / Lead Generator.
  2. Review and update fields on Opportunity detail.
  3. Convert to estimate when ready to draw the fence and price the job.
  4. Continue through the estimate workflow in Fence job lifecycle.
