Before you contact support

  1. Note the exact error message or what button does nothing
  2. Confirm your role (admin, estimator, crew) — crew users see the Crew Portal, not the office dashboard
  3. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or another browser
  4. Check Business Settings → Integrations if the issue involves QuickBooks, payments, or inventory

Many “errors” are missing setup — start here if the account is new:
