Before you contact support
- Note the exact error message or what button does nothing
- Confirm your role (admin, estimator, crew) — crew users see the Crew Portal, not the office dashboard
- Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or another browser
- Check Business Settings → Integrations if the issue involves QuickBooks, payments, or inventory
