Overview
Expenses covers concrete and other job costs that are not material line items or labor. Totals pick these up when the estimate includes installation.
Where in the app: Open an estimate → Expenses (proposal step bar)
Open: Estimates
Materials Only
Expenses is locked for Materials Only quotes. Switch scope on Materials to edit concrete and other expenses.
Concrete
Choose a concrete source:

| No concrete | Skip concrete cost |
| Concrete truck | Enter volume and cost per unit |
| Bagged concrete | Use bag size and bag count (bag sizes come from Business Settings) |
Typical inputs: quantity of holes, hole diameter and depth, calculated volume, concrete cost, and an optional adjustment percent.
Other expenses
Under Other Expenses, add a description and amount, then Add. Remove lines you do not need. Concrete Costs and Other Expenses totals update as you edit.
