Overview
Sales & Billing is where you collect money after estimates and jobs — invoices for pay-later work, sales receipts for pay-now counter sales, and ledgers for payments, credits, and refunds.
Where in the app: Sidebar → Sales
Open: Invoices
Documents are scoped to the active company profile when multi-location is enabled.

Create menu → Invoice opens Add Invoice directly.

Typical path from a job
Job complete → Create invoice → Send → Receive payment (or FortisPay pay link)
