Overview
Xero integration syncs inventory-related data between Dirt Face and Xero Accounting — an alternative to QuickBooks for accounts using Xero.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Integrations → Xero Accounting
Open: Xero
Requires inventory module enabled and opt-in via environment configuration. Not all accounts see this tab yet.
Connect
- Open Integrations → Xero Accounting
- Click Connect and authorize your Xero organization
- Connected org name displays on the tab
Disconnect revokes the OAuth connection.
Sync actions

| PO receipts | Automatically create Xero bills when POs are received |
Use manual sync buttons for components and vendors. Review sync logs for recent activity and errors.
