Overview
Company Info stores your business identity — name, contact details, addresses, logo, and brand colors. These values appear on estimates, invoices, the customer portal, contact form, and Lead Generator.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Company Info

When multi-location is active, settings apply to the active company profile. Switch profiles from the header before editing.
Company details

Addresses
Business address — physical location used on documents and tax jurisdiction hints.
Billing / mailing address — toggle to use a separate mailing address. Options:
- Show on quotes
- Show on invoices
Company logo
Upload JPG or PNG (max 5MB). The logo appears on:
- Estimate and invoice PDFs
- Customer portal and Lead Generator (when configured)
- Email templates (when logo-in-email is enabled)
Brand colors
Set primary, secondary, and accent colors (hex or picker). A live preview shows how colors appear on customer-facing surfaces.
Brand colors feed the contact form, Lead Generator, customer portal, and outbound emails.
Save changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom. Use Cancel to discard unsaved edits.
