Overview
Default Settings (first subtab under Default Values) pre-fill new estimates and jobs with your standard crew, concrete, profit, and calendar rules.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Default Values → Default Settings
Open: Default Values
Per company profile when multi-location is active. Click Save Changes at the bottom.
Quote expiration
Quote valid for (days) — default expiration period on new proposal documents.
Default crew values

Default concrete (truck)
Hole diameter, hole depth, concrete cost, unit (m³ or Yd³), and adjustment % for post-hole concrete on new quotes.
Bagged concrete
Enable bagged concrete calculations and link catalog components for common bag sizes (40, 50, 60, 80 lb). Pick default bag size.
Default profit

Work week
Toggle Mon–Sun working days. Multi-day jobs skip non-working days when calculating schedules.
Holidays
Import regional holiday presets or add custom holidays (annual or specific date, name, color, active flag). Non-working days block scheduling like weekends.
