Overview
Manage Text Messages provisions a dedicated business phone number for SMS with customers — appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and two-way conversations.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Integrations → Manage Text Messages
Open: Text Messages
Requires Growth plan or higher, active SMS subscription, and the SMS feature flag. Per company profile when multi-location is active.
Prerequisites
- Company name in Company Info
- Qualifying plan and SMS add-on subscription
Setup flow
- Brand registration — register your business with the carrier registry
- Campaign registration — define messaging use case
- Phone number selection — pick an available local number
Status updates in real time during registration. Retry if campaign registration fails.
