Overview

Sales Tax defines how tax applies on new quotes, invoices, and receipts. Configure rates manually or import from QuickBooks Online.

Where in the app: Business Settings → Sales Tax
Open: Sales Tax

Per company profile when multi-location is active.

QuickBooks tax import

When QuickBooks is connected:

  1. Click Import Tax Codes to pull rates from QBO
  2. Use Refresh to sync changes
  3. QBO-synced rates show a sync indicator in the library

If QuickBooks is not connected but the feature is enabled, an accordion links you to Integrations → QuickBooks.

Copy from primary

Secondary locations can Copy from Primary to duplicate tax rates and zones from the main profile.

Tax library

Add, edit, or delete tax rates:

Tax zones (optional)
