Overview
Account & Billing shows your Dirt Face subscription, payment methods, invoice history, and optional add-ons. Only the account owner or users with billing management permission can change plans or open the Stripe billing portal.

Subscription status
The header card shows:
- Current plan name (Starter, Growth, Pro, etc.)
- Status: trialing, active, canceling, canceled, past due
- Renewal or trial end date
- Days remaining on trial
Actions

| Subscribe Now / Change Plan | Pick or change your plan |
| Manage Subscription | Open Stripe customer portal (payment method, cancel) |
| Reactivate / Resubscribe | Restore a canceled subscription |
| Upgrade Distribution | Add Dirt Face Distribution (e-commerce) when prompted |
Non-owners see a read-only warning and cannot modify billing.
Active subscriptions
Table of line items: main plan, additional full-access seats, renewal price, and next billing date.
Next payment summarizes the upcoming charge (plan + extra seats).
Payment methods
Saved cards on file — brand, last four digits, expiry. Managed through the Stripe billing portal.
Billing history
Past invoices with plan, cycle, amount, status, and payment method. Download PDF receipts when available.
Super Admin Access
Toggle to allow Dirt Face support temporary access (auto-expires after 7 days when enabled). Use only when working with support on account issues.
