Set the default Terms and Conditions text that appears on estimate and proposal documents. Use the rich-text editor for formatting, lists, and links.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Default Values → Terms and Conditions
Open: Terms
Per company profile when multi-location is active.
Usage
- New quotes inherit this text on the Documents step
- Edit per-quote on the proposal if a specific job needs different language
- Consult your attorney for jurisdiction-specific contract language
Click Save Changes after editing.
