Overview
Quote Workflow defaults control signatures and automated reminders on new estimates.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Default Values → Quote Workflow
Open: Quote workflow
Click Save Changes after editing.
Settings

| Require contractor signature | Contractor must sign before the quote can be sent |
| Quote expiration (days) | Default days until quote expires |
| Send reminder before expiration | Email customer before expiry |
| Reminder days before | How many days ahead |
| Submission deadline reminders | Notify internal team before customer submission deadline |
| First reminder (hours before) | Initial internal reminder |
| Second reminder (hours before) | Follow-up reminder |
Per-quote overrides remain available on individual estimates.
