New tenants should complete Business Settings before importing catalog data or creating estimates. This is the foundation for accurate quotes, tax, team access, and integrations.

| Tab | Why it matters |

| Company Info | Logo and contact info on proposals and invoices |
| Manage Team | User access and crew setup |
| Sales Tax | Correct tax on quotes and invoices |
| Default Values | Margins, terms, emails, document numbers |
| Integrations & Add-ons | QuickBooks, payments, inventory, store, etc. |
You do not need every integration — enable only what your business uses.
