Overview
The Store Account tab connects a CRM customer to your Dirt Face wholesale store. Invite them to order online, assign a pricing tier, set credit terms, and review recent store orders without leaving the customer record.
Where in the app: Sidebar → Customers → customer row → Store Account tab
Open: Customers
This tab appears only when the store is active for your current location.
Account Status card
No store account yet
When the customer is not linked to the store:
- Click Invite to Store (requires email on the customer record).
- Choose Pricing Tier: Retail or a configured wholesale level.
- Click Send Invitation.
Invitation goes to the email on the Customer info tab. Cancel closes the invite form without sending.
Existing store account
Shows Status badge (active, invited, suspended), Pricing Tier, and Created date.
Pricing Tier card
Change the customer's wholesale pricing level after they have a store account.
- Select Pricing Tier from the dropdown (Retail or named tiers from store settings).
- Click Save.
Default Pricing Tier on Add a customer pre-fills the invite form for new customers.
Credit and Tax card

| Net Days | Payment terms (for example, Net 30) |
| Tax Exempt | Skip store tax for this account |
| Certificate Number | Tax exemption ID when exempt |
Click Save to apply credit and tax settings to the store account.
Store tax settings are separate from CRM tax exempt on the Customer info tab. Align both when the customer is exempt everywhere.
Recent Store Orders card
Table columns: Order #, Date, Status, Total, Items.

Order status includes pending, confirmed, processing, picking, ready for pickup, shipped, delivered, completed, cancelled, and refunded.
