Overview

The Customer info tab holds core CRM data: who the customer is, where they work, how you classify them for tax and pipeline tracking, and any portal or credit balance information.

Where in the app: Sidebar → Customers → customer row → Customer info tab
Open: Customers


Customer Info card

Displays read-only summary fields:

First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email, Phone, Lead Source, Tax Exempt (Yes/No).

When tax exempt, also shows Exemption Number, Exemption Expiry, and Exemption Reason.

Click the pencil icon to open Edit Customer.

Addresses card

Lists every address with type label and full detail.

Job site addresses on the customer feed jobsite pickers on new estimates and jobs.


Relationship Stage and Customer Status

On this tab:

  • Relationship Stage dropdown: Lead, Prospect, Customer, Repeat Customer, Lost, Inactive
  • Customer Status toggle: Active or Inactive

Location card

Visible to account owners and admins when Multi-Location is enabled.

Location dropdownNo specific location, or a company profile/location
SaveAssign customer to that location

Existing quotes and invoices keep the location they were created under. Only new documents use the updated assignment.


Credit Balance card

Shown when the customer has unapplied credit from Credit Memos.

Displays total credit balance and a list of Unapplied Credit Memos. Click a memo to open its detail. Apply credits when recording Payments.


Customer Portal card

Shown when active portal links exist (from sent quotes or invoices with portal access).

For each link:

Regenerate LinkInvalidates the old link and creates a new one (confirmation required)

Multiple active portals show as Portal Link #1, #2, and so on, with expiration dates when set.
