Overview
The customer detail page is the hub for one client record. Review contact data, open related documents, log activities, and manage store account settings from a single screen.
Where in the app: Sidebar → Customers → click a customer row
Open: Customers (then select a customer)
URL pattern: /customers/{customerId}/customer-details.

Tabs

| Customer info | Edit contact, addresses, pipeline stage, status, location, credits, portal links |
| Documents | Full document history across quotes, jobs, invoices, store orders |
| Activities | Log calls, emails, meetings, notes |
| Store Account | Invite to wholesale store, pricing tier, credit terms (store locations only) |
The active tab is saved in the URL so you can bookmark or share a specific tab.
Store Account is hidden when the store is not enabled for your current location.
Open detail from the list
- Go to Customers.
- Click the customer row, or choose Edit from the actions menu.
Delete from the list actions menu removes the customer after confirmation.
