Overview
Most subscription changes run through Stripe's secure billing portal, opened from Account & Billing.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Account & Billing → Manage Subscription
Open: Billing
Requires account owner or billing management permission.
Open the billing portal
- Go to Business Settings → Account & Billing
- Click Manage Subscription (or Manage on an active plan)
- Stripe opens in a new tab
From the portal you can:
- Update credit card or payment method
- View upcoming invoices
- Cancel at period end
- Download receipts
Canceling
Canceling sets status to canceling — you keep access until the current period ends. Use Reactivate before the end date to undo cancellation.
After the period ends, status becomes canceled. Use Resubscribe or Change Plan to return.
Trial accounts
During trial, Subscribe Now converts to a paid plan before trial expiry. Change Plan lets you pick a different tier before subscribing.
