Overview
Pricing settings define retail and wholesale tiers — how store prices are calculated from vendor cost or retail base.
Where in the app: Sidebar → Store → Pricing, or Store Settings → Pricing Levels
Open: Pricing settings
Pricing levels
Default tiers:
| Tier | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Retail | Walk-in and public storefront |
| Wholesale 1–5 | Progressive dealer/distributor discounts |
Create custom levels with name and description. Assign levels to store customers.
Pricing rules
Rules apply formulas per tier:
| Method | Formula |
|---|---|
| Markup on Cost | Vendor cost × multiplier |
| Discount off Retail | Retail price − discount % |
| Profit Margin | Fixed margin % over cost |
| Set Per Product | Manual price per SKU |
Rules can target categories, fence types, or individual components. Expand a rule to see affected products and pending price changes.
Catalog pricing overview
Summary panel shows products missing retail price, stale costs, or rule conflicts. Fix gaps before publishing categories.
