Overview

Quick Sale (POS) rings up walk-in and counter sales — search or scan products, take payment, and print a receipt immediately.

Where in the app: Sidebar → Store → Quick Sale
Open: Quick Sale

Completed POS orders appear in Store orders like online orders.

POS workflow

  1. Select warehouse (stock source)
  2. Search catalog or scan barcode (when inventory barcodes enabled)
  3. Add items to cart — adjust quantities with +/−
  4. Choose payment method: Cash or Card
  5. Complete sale — order created and inventory decremented
  6. Print receipt from confirmation screen

Barcode scanning

Enable camera scan toggle for handheld scanning. Requires barcode scanning when using inventory module.

Lookup matches component barcodes and adds with default pack quantity.

Pricing

POS uses retail pricing from catalog. Wholesale tiers apply to logged-in store customers on the online storefront, not walk-in POS unless configured per customer workflow.
