Overview
Store Customers lists every account that can log into your wholesale storefront — invite new buyers, assign pricing tiers, and manage approval status.
Where in the app: Store Settings → Customers
Open: Store customers
Also manage from CRM: Store account tab on customer detail.
Customer list
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Email / name | Login identity |
| Pricing level | Retail or wholesale tier |
| Status | Pending, Active, Suspended |
| Linked CRM customer | Dirt Face customer record |
Search by email or name. Filter by status.
Invite a customer
- Invite Customer
- Enter email
- Select pricing tier (wholesale level or retail)
- Send — customer receives signup link
Pending accounts appear until the customer registers and you approve (if approval workflow enabled).
Customer detail
Open a row to:
- Change pricing level
- Suspend or reactivate account
- View order history
- Link/unlink CRM customer record
