Documents & Notifications configures order numbering and staff email alerts when customers place or cancel orders.
Where in the app: Sidebar → Store → Settings (documents)

Order numbering
| Field | Purpose |

| Order prefix | e.g. WS → order # WS-1001 |
Prefix applies to new store and POS orders for this location.
Email notifications
New order
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Send email when customer places order |
| Recipients | Comma-separated staff emails |
Order cancelled
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Send when order is cancelled |
| Recipients | Comma-separated staff emails |
Click Save to apply. Customers receive separate transactional emails from the storefront (order confirmation, shipping notice).
Printable documents
Receipts, pick lists, packing slips, and labels are generated from order detail — not configured on this page.
