Overview
When this customer has open jobs or a linked sales order, Dirt Face surfaces them in the document sidebar so you can import line items, contract amounts, and context without re-entering data.
Where in the app: Invoice or sales receipt editor → Suggested Transactions sidebar section
Open: Add Invoice
Jobs
Each job card shows the contract/quote, sales order status, line count, and job site. Use Import this job to load that job's billable lines into the invoice table. If several jobs exist, pick one or open the full import dialog.
Sales orders
If you started from a sales order (for example a counter sale or reserved inventory), its lines may already be on the invoice. This panel confirms the source and lets you switch to importing from a job instead when needed.
