Overview
Sales receipts record pay-now transactions — customer pays in full when the receipt is created. Use invoices when payment is due later.

Search by receipt # or customer. Export CSV when needed.
Create a sales receipt
- New Sales Receipt or Create menu → Sales Receipt
- Select customer (or walk-in)
- Add line items — products, services, tax
- Choose payment method and amount (defaults to total)
- Save — receipt is immediately Paid
Import from sales order via ?salesOrderId= on the add URL.

Returns
When a customer returns goods from a paid receipt:
