Overview

Sales receipts record pay-now transactions — customer pays in full when the receipt is created. Use invoices when payment is due later.

Search by receipt # or customer. Export CSV when needed.


Create a sales receipt

  1. New Sales Receipt or Create menu → Sales Receipt
  2. Select customer (or walk-in)
  3. Add line items — products, services, tax
  4. Choose payment method and amount (defaults to total)
  5. Save — receipt is immediately Paid

Import from sales order via ?salesOrderId= on the add URL.
