Substitutions map primary components to approved alternates — so pickers can fulfill sales orders when the preferred SKU is out of stock.

Open: Substitutions
Manage substitutions
- Select primary component
- Add one or more substitute components with conversion ratio (1:1 or custom)
- Save — substitutes appear during SO fulfill and shortage resolution
Substitutions do not change quote material lists automatically; they apply at warehouse pick time.
