Overview
Not every calendar block is a job. Block crews for vacation, mark shop days, or push schedules forward after weather shutdowns.
Where in the app: Schedule → Schedule Crew or Delay
Open: Schedule
Time off / unavailable
- Click Schedule Crew
- Choose Time Off / Unavailable
- Select crew, date range, and reason (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
Blocked time appears on the crew lane and prevents double-booking during availability checks.
Other events
- Schedule Crew → Other
- Enter title, crew, date, and time
Use for shop meetings, training, vehicle maintenance, or non-job activities that still consume crew capacity.
Global weather delay
The Delay button (cloud icon) bulk-reschedules jobs when weather shuts down multiple crews.

Workflow
- Configure → Preview affected events
- Confirm → events move forward
Review the preview carefully before applying — large date ranges affect many customers.
Single-event reschedule
For one job, drag the event on the calendar or open event detail → edit date/time instead of using global delay.
