Overview
The Schedule page centers on a crew calendar with optional list and map views. Events show as color-coded blocks on crew lanes.

Display modes

Calendar mode shows the unscheduled jobs sidebar on desktop (crew schedule only).
Calendar views
Inside calendar mode, switch Month, Week, or Day:
- Week — default for most contractors; one row per crew
- Day — hourly grid for a single date
- Month — overview; click a day to drill down
Default view on first load comes from Business Settings → Default Values → Default Settings → Scheduling Defaults (crew calendar default view).
Navigate with arrow buttons or click today to return to the current period.
Crew lanes
Each crew is a horizontal lane (week/day view) or column (month crew grid). Crew colors match Business Settings → Manage Team → Crews.
Click a crew name to quick-edit roster, color, or status without leaving Schedule.
Filters

Filters persist while you stay on Schedule and reset when you navigate away.

Tip: If Schedule Crew shows "No Crews Set Up", create crews first under Manage Team → Crews.
Holidays and work week
Non-working days and holidays from Default Settings appear on the calendar. Multi-day job scheduling skips off days when respect business days is enabled.
Deep link from jobs
Opening Schedule from a job row (/scheduling?jobId=...) focuses scheduling for that job.
