Overview
The workspace is the printable shop drawing sheet. It combines your detail or elevation graphic, specification tables, drawing info, and company details into one page you can save and export as PDF.
This sheet documents how the fence is built and installed. For where the fence runs on the property, use the fence design tool on the estimate.
Where in the app: Shop Drawings library → click a drawing, or estimate flow after adding a shop drawing
Routes: /shop-drawings/workspace/[drawingId] from the library; /shop-drawing-workspace/[drawingId] when opened from an estimate (same workspace UI).
Sheet zones
| Zone | Purpose |

| Edit Drawing / Create Drawing | Opens the Shop Drawing Designer for elevations, details, and annotations |
| Edit Specs | Edit specification rows on the sheet |
| Edit Drawing Info | Title block: drawing name, number, date, scale, and related fields |
| Business info | Company name, logo, and contact block on the sheet |
| Link Template | Connect a My Fences template to auto-load specs. See Link to fence templates. |
Click a zone to edit that section. The drawing thumbnail updates when you return from the designer.
Toolbar actions
