Overview

Clock time on each schedule event so the office can compare actual crew hours to the estimate. The time card appears on field job detail when time tracking is enabled for the job.

Open: My Schedule → tap a job event

If time tracking is disabled on the job, the card is hidden.

Clock in / clock out

ActionSteps
Clock InTap when work begins on site
Clock OutTap when leaving or switching tasks

A running timer shows elapsed time while clocked in.

Open entry conflict

You can only be clocked in on one job at a time. If you clock in while still clocked in elsewhere, a dialog prompts you to clock out of the other job first.

Manual time entries

Tap Add Manual Entry to record time after the fact:

  • Clock-in date and time
  • Clock-out date and time
  • Optional notes

Edit or delete existing entries from the list (until the job is manager-approved).

Multi-day jobs

When clocking in on a multi-day job, you may be asked to confirm which day you are working if several days are scheduled.

Before marking complete

Mark as Complete requires all time entries to be clocked out. Open entries block completion until you clock out or edit the entry.

If no time was logged, the completion modal lets you acknowledge no time entries before finishing (when time tracking is enabled).

Logged hours feed job costing on the office side.
