My Schedule shows jobs and events assigned to your crew. Tap an event to open the field job detail page.
Where in the app: Crew Portal → Schedule (header) or /crew/schedule

Views

Switch views from the toolbar buttons next to the page title.
Calendar navigation
- Move between weeks or months with the calendar arrows
- Switch Month, Week, or Day from the calendar controls
- Today returns to the current period
You only see events for your crew — not the full office schedule.
Status filter
Filter events by status:

| All Statuses | Everything assigned |
| Scheduled | Not yet started |
| In Progress | Started on site |
| Completed | Crew-completed or manager-approved |
Event count displays next to the filter.
Opening a job
Tap a job event to open field job detail.
Multi-day jobs
If the install spans multiple days:
- Tapping today's next day opens the job directly
- Tapping a completed day or future day out of order may show a day picker — choose which day to view
Use the multi-day progress card on the job page to switch days.
Non-job events
Time off or other events (no linked job) open a read-only detail modal. Crews cannot edit these — contact the office for changes.
Company profile badge
When multi-location is enabled, a profile badge shows which company location's schedule you are viewing.
