Overview
Crews report daily progress and mark work complete from the field. The office reviews submissions in the Review queue.
Open: My Schedule → tap a job → Mark as Complete
Daily progress (multi-day jobs)
On multi-day installs, use the Daily Progress form on the progress card:

| On Track | Normal progress (notes optional) |
| Behind Schedule | Taking longer than planned — add notes |
| Blocked / Issue | Cannot proceed — explain the blockage |
Blocked updates alert the office and may show on the Jobs list.
Mark as complete
Tap Mark as Complete on field job detail when the day's work is done.
The completion checklist shows:

Submit to set status Crew Completed. The office manager approves or sends back for changes.
Multi-day early completion
You can complete the whole job before all scheduled days if work finished early. The modal warns which days will be skipped.
After crew completion

Manager feedback
When sent back, a red MANAGER REQUESTED CHANGES banner shows the office notes. Address the issues, then Mark as Complete again.
What the office sees
Review queue items include hours vs estimate, photos, material variances, and daily update status. Approved work flows to Job costing.
