Overview
Document work with photos and notes, confirm materials used, and pick from inventory sales orders when your company uses the inventory module.
Open: My Schedule → tap a job event
All sections live on field job detail unless the job is manager-approved (locked).
Job photos
- Tap Add Photos
- Take a picture or choose from the gallery (mobile camera supported)
- Upload progress — multiple photos at once
Photos appear in a gallery; tap to view full size. At least two photos are recommended before marking complete.
Photos sync to the office Review queue and Job costing.
Crew notes
Add free-text notes about materials used, site conditions, or customer conversations. Notes show author and timestamp. Previous notes remain visible for the team.
Material pick list
When the job has a quote material list, the Materials tab and pick list let you:
- Mark items as picked
- Adjust actual quantity if usage differed
- Add line notes
Save the pick list so the office sees actual vs specified quantities at review.
Sales order pick list (inventory)
When the job has an Open or Partially Fulfilled sales order, a dedicated SO Pick List card appears:

Picks auto-save. Requires Inventory integration enabled by the office.
Process returns
After the sales order is Fulfilled and the job is complete, Process Returns opens a modal to return unused materials to stock.
Text customer
When SMS is enabled and allowed on the event, a Text Customer panel sends messages from your business number. Requires Manage Text Messages setup by the office.
