Overview

Order detail is your fulfillment workspace — picking, shipping, pickup, printing warehouse documents, and handling cancellations or refunds.

Where in the app: Store → Orders → select an order
Open: Store orders


Fulfillment workflow (ship)

Paid → Start picking → Complete picking → Mark shipped (carrier + tracking)

1Start picking — locks order for warehouse
2Enter picked quantities per line
3Complete picking — status → Packed
4Mark shipped — carrier, tracking #, ship date

Partial picks may result in Partial Shipped with backorder lines.


Will-call / pickup

For pickup orders:

  1. Complete picking as above
  2. Mark ready for pickup
  3. Mark picked up when customer collects

Cancel and refund

Backorders

When an order is Partial Shipped, open backorder section to fulfill remaining lines when stock is available.


Fulfillment decrements stock when inventory is enabled. Shortages may link to sales orders or PO creation.
