Store Orders lists every order from your online storefront and Quick Sale POS — payment status, customer, and fulfillment state.

Open: Store orders
Orders respect the active company profile when multi-location is enabled.
Order sources

Order statuses

| Pending Payment | Awaiting payment |
| Paid | Payment received |
| Confirmed | Acknowledged by staff |
| Processing | Being prepared |
| Picking | Warehouse pick in progress |
| Packed | Ready to ship or pickup |
| Ready for Pickup | Will-call order staged |
| Partial Shipped | Some lines shipped; backorders may exist |
| Shipped | In transit |
| Completed | Fulfilled and closed |
| Cancelled | Voided |
| Refunded | Payment returned |
