How manual entry, Contact Form, and Lead Generator create opportunities in Dirt Face.

Overview

Every opportunity has a Source value on the list: Manual Entry, Lead Generator, or Contact Form. The source tells you how the lead entered Dirt Face and which extra fields (budget, design image) may be present.

Manual Entry

Created when your team adds an opportunity inside Dirt Face:

Source displays as Manual Entry. You enter customer, address, reference, and service details by hand.


Contact Form

When the Contact Form integration is enabled, website submissions can create a customer and opportunity automatically.

Lead Generator

The Lead Generator app lets homeowners lay out a fence and request a ballpark price.

Lead Generator leads often arrive with more context than manual entry. Open detail view before calling the customer.
