View vendor components

Browse catalog parts by supplier, edit components, and start purchase orders from the vendor detail page.

Overview

The vendor components page lists every My Components part linked to one supplier. Use it to audit pricing, open a part for editing, add new parts with that vendor pre-selected, or start a purchase order from selected rows.

Where in the app: Sidebar → Fence → Vendor Management → package icon on a vendor row
Open: Vendor Management, then click the package icon on a vendor

The URL pattern is /vendors/{vendorId}/components-detail.

Scroll the table to load more parts (pagination).


Open a component

Click any row to open the component modal in edit mode. Update costs, part numbers, or vendor assignments on the Vendors / Costs tab. See Vendors and costs on components.


Add a component from this page

  1. Click Add Component.
  2. Complete the add-component flow (section, category, collection, fields).
  3. Save the part.

The new component can include the current vendor on the Vendors / Costs tab when you assign suppliers during setup.


Create a purchase order

Requires inventory management enabled on your account.

  1. Select one or more components using the row checkboxes.
  2. Click Create Purchase Order.
  3. Dirt Face opens the new PO flow with the vendor and selected parts pre-filled.

Filter and search tips

  • Start with search when you know the part name or SKU fragment.
  • Use fence type plus category to narrow a large vendor catalog (for example, chain link fittings only).
  • Collection filter appears after category is selected.
